Common Core 'Not Working' In NJ, Will NY Be Next State To Move On?

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has called on the Garden State to scrap the controversial Common Core standards, despite supporting the national academic standards earlier in his career, according to NJ.com.

Christie said he reversed field after seeing the standards adopted and still failing. New Jersey was one of the early adopters of the Common Core standards, NJ.com reported.
