WHITE PLAINS, NY Antonietta Toni Gugliotta, a licensed real estate salesperson with ERA Insite Realty Services, has been awarded the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Gugliotta joins fewer than 3 percent of Realtors nationally who have earned the ABR designation. In order to earn it, Realtors are required to complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
Earning the ABR designation enhances my value to the consumer. I have learned key strategies and strengthened my negotiating skills, which enable me to provide the most valuable representation to my buyer clients, says Gugliotta of her achievement.
