Gary Leogrande, principal broker of Keller Williams NY Realty in White Plains, has been elected to a third term as president for 2012 of the Empire Access Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS, Inc).
Leogrande has enjoyed a 25-year career in residential real estate. He holds a B.F.A. from Manhattans School of Visual Arts and owned his own design company for 12 years before entering the real estate business.
EAMLS is owned by the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors*. Its service territories include the Bronx, Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties. EAMLS currently has 872 participating real estate offices and some 11,000 properties in its database. It is among the top 50 largest multiple listing services (MLS) in the country.
