State Budget Deal On Minimum Wage, Family Leave Near, Cuomo Says

Cuomo told reporterss Tuesday that he and legislators were nearing an agreement that would hike minimum wages and expand paid family leave for workers.

Cuomo also said that lawmakers would likely give the thumbs-down to tuition increases at SUNY, The Albany Times-Union said.
