Primary Election Results Are Tallied In North Castle

ARMONK, N.Y. -- Preliminary results are in for several primary elections in North Castle for supervisor, town justice, councilman and county committee member.

In unofficial results, Michael Schiliro, a current member of the Town Board, won the nomination for supervisor on the Conservative, Democratic and Independence tickets. He defeated Anthony Futia for the Democratic nomination.

Barbara Digiacinto and John Cronin took the Republican Party nomination with 41-percent and 34-percent of the vote. They topped incumbent Diane DiDonato-Roth for the nomination.

Jamie Romano and Neal Baumann won the Republican nomination for County Commitee member in NCAS-02. Susan Coppola and J. Gonzalez Blano received the Republican nomination in NCAS-03.

As of Wednesday morning, 72-percent of the vote had been tallied.
