Hillary Clinton, the former first lady, U.S. Senator from New York State and Secretary of State, spoke at a women's conference in the Silicon Valley on Wednesday, Feb. 25.

Clinton also focused on the fact that many workers have suffered as a result of technology making jobs obsolete, the report said.
