If the presidential election were today and these were the two candidates, who would you vote for?
- Hillary Clinton
- Donald Trump
- I wouldn't vote
- I'd place a write-in vote for another candidate
- I'd vote for a third-party candidate
Multiple news outlets are seizing on today's opportunity for both Chappaqua's Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford and golf clubs in Briarcliff Manor and Hopewell Junction, to pull away from their respective Democratic and Republican rivals.
Primaries and caucuses take place in nearly a dozen states, and results could push the two front-runners way ahead of the pack, reports The Washington Post. Of the 11 states with voting Tuesday, Texas offers the highest payoff -- 222 delegates.
The Washington Post also reports that many voters out early Tuesday were not excited about their choices in both parties. And candidates continued to spar as voting got underway, The Post says.
