Trump holds a 46 percent to 44 percent lead over Clinton among registered voters in an ABC News/Washington Post poll.
Clinton, who has lived in Chappaqua since 1999, had held a nine-point lead over Trump in a in a March ABC News/Washington Post poll.
In a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, Clinton's lead to Trump has shrunk to 46-43 percent, with the three-points differential a statistical dead heat with the error margin plus or minus 3.1 percent.
Clinton's challenger, Bernie Sanders, holds a 15-point lead (54-39) over Trump in the same poll.
Clinton had led Trump by 11 points in an April NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
Both polls show historically high negative ratings for both Clinton and Trump.
Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
