D'Angelo and Berra won with 1,522 votes and 987 votes, respectively. D'Angelo ran on the Republican and Democratic lines, while Berra ran on the Democratic line. Incumbent Republican Guy Mezzancello trailed with 885 votes.
Last year, Mezzancello defeated Berra by 22 votes in a special election. Berra had been appointed to the council seat to fill a vacancy left by Michael Schiliro after his initial 2013 election as supervisor.
This year, Schiliro ran unopposed for re-election and easily won another term.
