Police officers Horesky and Sabatella responded to a call regarding the incident, but the alleged fighters fled prior to their arrival.

In another incident, a patron at Shell gas station reportedly yelled, "I'm going to get your ass" to the complainant in response to the price of gas before driving away.

A complainant and property owner at Evergreen Row reported that some of his tools, equipment and other items were missing upon arriving at the premises. He discovered that the property's interior had been winterized, the locks had been changed, and there was a business card belonging to a weatherization company.

A representative from the company stated he had no knowledge of any crew working the property. The complainant stated he had not given anyone other than his own workers permission to work on the property.

On Nov. 2, a caller reported that someone dumped a large number of logs near Creemer Road. The logs were not on the roadway, but were close to the edge.
