NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. — This week's North Castle police blotter features a road rage incident, along with a handful of other suspicious incidents and various complaints.

Three incidents occurred on April 22, as a bicyclist got into an argument with the driver of a gray Ford SUV, and the driver left the scene before an officer arrived to assist.

Two men were also noticed trying to sell landscaping equipment out of a white van on Smith Farm Road, but a search of the area turned up nothing.

Finally, a group attempting to raise funds outside DeCicco's on Maple Avenue made a woman uncomfortable in the way they approached her. An officer alerted DeCicco's management, who asked them to leave.

On April 23, an officer dealt with a parking complaint on Nichols Road, as nursing aides were getting harassed by a neighbor who believed they were parking illegally. After discussing it with his family, the neighbor told the officer that they weren't parked illegally and the matter was resolved.

A couple and a child were spotted possibly having an argument near the train tracks on Virginia Road. An officer was alerted and told them to leave the area.

Lastly, officers were notified that people were parking in an empty lot where a house was recently demolished. A party was going on in the area, and attendees who were parked in the lot agreed to move to legal spots.
