PELHAM, N.Y. -- An unidentified man was struck by a train early Saturday morning near the Pelham Train Station.
The man was rushed to the hospital following the incident, which occurred around 7:30 a.m.
He is reportedly in his 50s and may have lost a leg as a result of the incident, according to News 12.
Metro-North reported delays of 5-10 minutes between New Rochelle and the Mount Vernon East station as a result of police activity following the incident. Trains were back running on schedule by 9:30 a.m.
