Officers were dispatched to Spectators Sports Pub on North Avenue in New Rochelle shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, after Brian Lawrence, 22, allegedly stabbed a bouncer during the fight, police said. The bouncer was treated for a non-life-threatening injury and transported to the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx for treatment.
Police said the bouncer was stabbed in the hip, and a knife was recovered at the scene.
Lawrence was arrested and charged with a felony count of assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
