The Chappaqua resident, who is being accused of placing the hand of the boy inside the defendant's pants, is being charged as an adult, but his name will be withheld, according to News 12.
This is the second child sex abuse incident involving the school, although the incident reportedly did not occur on campus. The school's former drama teacher, Christopher Schraufnagel, is currently facing multiple sex charges.
