A high school coach in Westchester has been arrested and charged with illegal sexual contact with a minor, Town of Greenburgh Police said Wednesday.
Tyler F. Sick, a 29-year-old Tarrytown man who's a New York City school teacher and assistant wrestling coach at Edgemont High School, was arrested following an investigation that ended Monday.
A complaint that Sick had been involved with illegal sexual contact with a minor led to the investigation conducted by the Special Victims Unit detectives were assisted by the Special Prosecutions Division of the Office of the Westchester County District Attorney, the Westchester County Children’s Advocacy Center and the Village of Tarrytown Police.
Further details have not yet been released.
Greenburgh Police are asking anyone with information on inappropriate conduct with Sick to contact Detective Nick Parikka of the Special Victims Unit at (914) 989-1736.
Sick resides in an apartment complex on South Broadway in Tarrytown.
