Weaver Updates Town on Debris Cleanup

ARMONK, N.Y. – North Castle Town Supervisor William Weaver sent out an email to residents informing them about ongoing clean-up of debris caused by Hurricane Irene.

“North Castle Highway Department employees have been working long hours during the week and giving up their Saturdays to clear the storm debris as quickly as possible,” Weaver said. “We have hired an outside company to work with our highway crews so that clean up is expedited.”

Weaver also thanked residents for their patience during the clean-up since the storm.

“It will take us some time to pick up the large amount of debris caused by Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee,” he said.
