Surprise Snowfall Results In Slick Roads, Limited Visibility

Light snow and snow shower activity has resulted on a dusting on the ground throughout the area, reducing visibility on roadways and causing slick spots on Thursday morning.

Little or no accumulation is expected, according to the National Weather Service.

It is also bitterly cold with wind-chill factors in the teens.

Snow activity should end by 9 a.m. with partly sunny skies the rest of the day with a high in the mid 30s, but wind chill values between 10 and 20 degrees.

It will warm up a bit Friday with highs in the mid 40s under partly sunny skies.
