CROTON FALLS, N.Y. -- A stretch of Route 116 (Titicus Road) in Croton Falls reopened Tuesday afternoon after a noon accident in which a vehicle landed in the Titicus Reservoir.

The passenger in the vehicle that landed in the water was able to safely escape.
