WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Power problems at Grand Central Station in Manhattan have created up to 40-minute delays for Metro-North trains on the New Haven line.
Trains were ordered to stop earlier this afternoon by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Service on Bee-Line bus routes 10, 16, 18, 34, 38, 39, 63, 64, 65, 70 and 71 that connect with Metro-North trains will be extended to meet all transferring passengers, according to an e-mail from the county.
