ARMONK, N.Y. North Castle Town Council hopeful Matt Rice sent out an email blast re-introducing himself and his motives for running for town board following his successful primary campaign.
The central platform of our candidacy has been to bring professional full-time business management and greater efficiency to our government, and to reduce our taxes while maintaining the character of our Town, Rice said. Accordingly, I look forward to continuing to discuss with you the many issues facing our Town and the positive strategies we have for improving the amazing place we have all chosen to call home.
Rice hopes to be elected as a town council member in the upcoming November election.
