No Charges in Assault at Armonk Pizzeria

ARMONK, N.Y. – An employee of Amore Pizza on Main Street was assaulted by another employee on March 17, the North Castle police said.

Isaias Guales Guerra was allegedly assaulted by Angel Velasco. Guerra suffered a bloody nose and upper left arm, and swelling to the back of his head. He was treated at Northern Westchester Hospital.

Guerra declined to press charges.

The following items were also reported by the North Castle police:

Bicycle Thefts: Three bikes were stolen from Hickory & Tweed on Main Street in Armonk on March 17. A male suspect with dark hair was reported, but no further information was available. An employee’s mountain bike and two mountain bikes being repaired were stolen. The police were gathering surveillance video.

Gym Emergency: On March 16, a caller reported an elderly man feeling faint at The Gym in Armonk. The man was unconscious but breathing. An Armonk ambulance took him to Northern Westchester Hospital.
