NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. The Republican primary election will take place Tuesday throughout New York. Polls in North Castle will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. On the ballot will be Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and a write-in option.
