New Video Shows Westchester's Ray Rice Punching Wife

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- TMZ.com has released new security camera footage that shows New Rochelle native Ray Rice violently punching his now wife and rendering her unconscious in an Atlantic City casino.

TMZ first released a video that showed Rice dragging Janay Palmer's unconscious body out of the elevator.

The video shows Rice hitting Palmer first. Palmer then advances toward Rice before he knocked her out.

Rice was suspended by the NFL for two games for his role in the incident. The suspension drew the ire of critics for being too light. As a result, the league recently instituted stiffer fines and penalties for any NFL personnel involved in a domestic incident.
