ARMONK, N.Y. A group of community-minded neighbors gathered at Brynwood Golf and Country Club in Armonk for a Main Street Connect luncheon where company founder Carll Tucker and Anne Ring, senior associate publisher for Westchester County, enlightened the audience about MSCs growth and its Better Schools Bonanza.
Attendees included school representatives, public relations and marketing reps, Realtors and interior designers, to name a few.
Better Schools Bonanza is a Main Street Connect contest for local elementary schools that runs from Sept. 19 to Oct. 28. To vote for your school, sign up at your local site and pick the school you want to win. If your school hasn't been listed, nominate it and start the voting.
The school with the most votes will receive $10,000 donated to its PTA/PTO. The runner-up will win $1,000. Any school that gets more than 500 votes automatically wins $500.
