ARMONK, N.Y. -- In honor of National Family Volunteer Day on Saturday, Nov. 21, Heavenly Productions Foundation, a charity based in Armonk, cooked and served dinner and desserts to 25 children with families at the Ronald McDonald House in Valhalla.
Heavenly Productions Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to help children in need and in distress.
Heavenly Productions Foundation youth volunteers and Byram Hills High School students James Fallon, Julia Gizzi and Alex Rosenblatt and H.C. Crittenden School's students Bella Gizzi and Zack Youngblood set tables, decorated and served salad, Italian bread, chicken parmigiana and Rao's penne pasta to these families.
Heavenly Productions Board members Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon, Donna Gizzi and adult volunteers Richie Gizzi, Liz Rosenblatt and Susan Youngblood helped out and donated food and desserts along with DeCicco's & Sons of Armonk.
