Look In The Sky, Armonk, It Could Be The FBI

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The FBI has been flying small planes equipped with video and cell phone surveillance technology over approximately 30 cities, according to U.S. News and World Report.

The planes are being operated by front companies for the Bureau, who said it created the false companies to protect the planes and the pilots. It also said the flights were part of ongoing investigations, but the surveillance equipment was at times used without a judge's approval, U.S. News and World Report said.
