Halloween Carnival at Community Center Oct. 28

NORTH WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The North Castle Recreation Department will conduct a children’s Halloween Carnival at North Castle Community Center on 10 Clove Road in North While Plains on Friday, October 28 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Children grades kindergarten-fifth (accompanied by an adult) are encouraged to arrive in costume to be eligible to win prizes. Games and refreshments will be available throughout the event.
