Biden in Scarsdale for Thursday Night Fundraiser

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Scarsdale Thursday evening for a fundraiser, according to published reports citing Biden's schedule on the White House website.

Scarsdale Forum President B.K. Munguia confirmed Biden would be attending a $1,000-a-head fundraiser at a private home in Scarsdale, but gave no other details.

According to the report at Lohud.com, Air Force Two landed at the Westchester County Airport in Purchase at about 5:35 p.m. Several roads in the Saxon Woods area were closed to traffic, as was the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway around Mamaroneck Road.
