Dellon, a 39-year food service equipment and supplies industry veteran, is one of five SEFAPros to have earned the status from Supply & Equipment Foodservice Alliance, according to a press release. The goal of the SEFAPro training program is to "develop industry leaders by providing a competitive edge," representatives said.

Level 7 is the highest status a SEFAPro can achieve.

"It does not, however, signify the end of the program for those who reach it," representatives said.

For Dellon, the knowledge and relationships developed while navigating the program were "a tremendous benefit," according to the release.

“I read the prospectus on the first day and thought it was an interesting program,” said Dellon. “As I walked through the program, I kind of got caught up in it. There’s so much knowledge that you gain and don’t even realize, but it’s there when you need to recall it.  I went from participating in the SEFAPro program to actively promoting it to other salespeople.”

SEFA is a nationwide network of leading supply and equipment dealers and vendor partners.
