Armonk Landlord Says Tenant Pointed Handgun

ARMONK, N.Y. -- In a landlord-tenant dispute on Bedford Road in Armonk, reported to the North Castle Police on Jan. 17, a woman said her landlord made an allegation that she once pointed a handgun at her. The woman said that the accusation is false. She is in litigation with her landlord and heard from her lawyer about her landlord’s accusations.

In other police blotter news:

- A woman reported that her car skidded on ice and snow on Jan. 17 at 39 High St., left the roadway and struck a mailbox. The car sustained damage to its right front bumper, hood and front grille. There were no apparent injuries and the homeowner at 39 High St. was notified. 

- On Spruce Hollow Road a woman reported that she believes there are drug transactions occurring in front of her residence. She saw two vehicles pull up and witnessed hand-to-hand transactions on different occasions. She didn’t provide vehicle descriptions or registration numbers but stated parties are believed to be of high school age.
