ARMONK, N.Y. - A&P customers looking for a new place to shop once the supermarket closes can go across the street to Schriefer's Delicatessen.
Rich Schriefer, the owner of the Main Street store that is celebrating its 25th anniversary, said he's stocked the store with additional items that A&P shoppers frequently buy.
"A lot of customers have been coming in, so we stocked up on some of the items they need, including all kinds of organic milk, cottage cheese, butter, bread and rolls," he said. "Of course they can come in for cold cuts and sandwiches and enjoy the same prices they paid at A&P."
Schriefer's Delicatessen is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
