Amtrak Resumes Northeast Corridor Service

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Less than a week after a fatal train derailment in Philadelphia, Amtrak has resumed its Northeast corridor service on Monday.

Amtrak officials needed to repair the damaged infrastructure after Tuesday’s derailment, which killed eight people and injured over 200, ABC 7 New York reported.
