There is an active missing adult alert for Charles Klinkenberg, 78, who has dementia and was last seen in Middle Island, Suffolk County, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17.
He was driving a 2013 white Chevrolet Cruze with New York registration DYJ-7158. He is listed at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911.
