An accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale blocked the right lane.
The accident, reported at 8:45 a.m. on Weaver Street (Exit 20), caused backups to North Avenue (Exit 17).
A multi-vehicle accident on southbound I-684 took out the left lane at Hardscrabble Road in North Salem. It was reported just before 9 a.m.
