Several late afternoon accidents are causing heavy in Westchester on Wednesday.
A 4:45 p.m. crash on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway is blocking the left lane at the I-287 interchange.
A 4 p.m. I-95 crash, on the southbound side, is taking out the left lane at North Avenue/Cedar Street (Exit 16) in New Rochelle with backups to Mamaroneck Avenue (Exit 18B).
An earlier accident on the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway at Mamaroneck Avenue (Exit 23) caused stop-and-go backups to North Street/Route 127 (Exit 25) in Harrison.
