Accident Blocks Lane On I-684, Crash On I-84 Also Causing Delays

An accident taking out the left lane on northbound I-684 at the junction of I-84 caused heavy delays on Friday afternoon.

The accident, reported just after 4 p.m., led to backups from Exit 9 (I-84) to Exit 7 (Route 116).

Farther north, a 4:30 p.m. accident on westbound I-84 blocked the shoulder at Route 9 (Exit 13) with backups to Lime Kiln Road (Exit 15).
