ARMONK, N.Y. - As part of the 10th anniversary remembrance of 9/11, the North Castle Town Board scheduled a special Sept. 11 memorial service in Wampus Brook Park, however the park has been flooded by recent rain and the ceremony has been moved to the Armonk fire house.
The memorial, at 5 p.m., will include a special candlelight ceremony to honor those who died in the terrorist attacks 10 years ago.
