WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Westchester communities made up nearly one-fourth of a list of the 100 best suburbs in the United States, according to niche.com.

The website releases rankings annually, and for 2015 considered information from 11,372 suburbs, niche.com reported.

Bronxville, Scarsdale, Mamaroneck and Larchmont all ranked in the top 10 nationally, also claiming titles as four of the top six suburbs to live in New York State, according to niche.com.

About 20 other Westchester communities made the national niche.com list, including Pleasantville at No. 15 and Pound Ridge at 55.
