Storms Upturn Trucks, Wreak Havoc out West

Although Westchester County has seen its share of dramatic weather over the past two-and-a-half months, we are not the only ones with something to complain about.

A recent storm system that raged through west coast has caused millions of dollars in damage and has left 350,000 without power due to downed lines. Wind speeds have reached as high as 123 miles per hour -- the equivalent of a category three hurricane, according to USA Today.

In Utah, Interstate 15 was closed after 10 semi trucks were toppled over by heavy gusts. Meteorologists are calling this storm one of the worst in recent history.

Indeed, we are not alone when it comes to wild weather - even before fall turns into winter.
