N.Y. Times Cites Savannah House's 'Moderate Prices, Huge Portions'

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Hospitable. Clean. Unique. These are among the top adjectives used by the New York Times to describe Savannah's Southern House in Cortland Manor.

Times reviewer M.H. Reed was unimpressed by the restaurant's plating, but praised several chicken dishes, the restaurant's baby back ribs and its shrimp and grits entree.

Also among the restaurant's other highlights were its desserts, its portions and its prices, according to the Times.
