Nutrition Expert Debunks 'Everything In Moderation' Advice

Eat your veggies – and not just a little, a lot, says a Harvard nutrition and obesity expert, according to a report by businessinsider.com.

Dr. David Ludwig is arguing that the “everything in moderation” mantra is hogwash, the businessinsider.com story said.

In other words, having a fatty hot dog or a sugary cookie once in a while is still a bad thing, especially if you don’t have enough of healthy foods, like nuts, avocados, and olive oil, in your diet, Ludwig told businessinsider.com.
