Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, sponsored by The Valley Table magazine, is a two-week program where restaurants from seven counties, including Westchester, offer prix fixe, three-course dinners as well as lunches.
The fall edition will run from Nov. 3 to Nov. 16. Restaurants are invited to register until Aug. 30.
The event's purpose is to recognize the Hudson Valley’s focus on sourcing local, sustainable and seasonal products. More than two hundred restaurants participated in the spring event, approximately 103 of them in Westchester County.
This season, restaurant week will begin with a kickoff party at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., with Tim and Nina Zagat.
