The annual fall eat-a-thon, hosted by "The Valley Table," runs from Nov. 1 through 13.
Westchester tops the menu with 112 restaurants, while Dutchess has 29, Rockland, 23; and Putnam, 12.
The fixe prix three-course meals cost $20.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner. Beverage, tax and tip are not included.
Hudson Valley ingredients are used in the dishes, baked goods and beverages wherever possible.
Founder Janet Crawshaw told Daily Voice at the event's kickoff at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park last week that it "celebrates the diversity of restaurants in the Hudson Valley" and bring business to the restaurants, breweries, distilleries, wineries and local farms.
The culinary event is now in its 10th year.
