MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- For those looking to lace up their running shoes, the Kisco 5K offers Westchester residents the opportunity to break a sweat in support of local businesses. Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce, and several other companies and organizations are teaming up to sponsor the annual event.
Last year, more than two dozen Northern Westchester Hospital employees took to the streets for the Kisco 5K.
Photo Credit: ContributedThis year's race will be held on Sep. 20 at 8:30am, with runners starting at Kirby Plaza and completing a 3.1 mile course. The race also coincides with the final day of Mount Kisco's sidewalk sales.
Registration is open to until the 20th, with an entrance fee of $25 in advance, or $30 on the day of the race. More information on the race, and instructions on how to joint the field can be found here.
