WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County schools should expect an influx of boys named Jacob and girls named Sophia in the next five years.

Jacob and Sophia were the most popular baby names in New York for 2014.

The two names were the most popular in the state of New York in 2014, according to data released by the Social Security Administration on Aug. 31.

Liam, Ethan, Michael and Noah rounded out the top five for boys in the Empire State while Olivia, Emma, Isabella and Mia ranked Nos. 2 through 5 for girls, respectively.

The top 10 boys names nationwide were:

The top 10 for girls across the U.S. were:

Emma
Olivia
Sophia
Isabella
