WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County may have experienced record cold and a seemingly steady stream of snowfall over the last few months, but the brutal weather hasn't had the same negative impact on businesses and productivity thanks to the rise of telecommuting, according to Market Watch.
Snow has had less of an impact on productivity because of modern technology that allows working from home.
