The Expo, hosted by the Business Council of Westchester, will be held on Thursday, March 17, and starts at noon with the keynote address by Lorraine Santoli.
Another BCW event, the Freshdesk Customer Happiness Tour-Westchester on Wednesday, March 16, will help businesses prepare for the expo by developing a better understanding about customer experience. The Customer Happiness Tour starts at 4 p.m. at Hilton Westchester.
Keynote Speaker Santoli, the ormer Director of Corporate Synergy at The Walt Disney Company, will begin the Expo by delivering the keynote address. Exhibitor and Sampler Booths will be open from 1-5 p.m.
Businesses and people can network with numerous companies, get ideas and find answers to current challenges, expand business opportunities, discover new companies and suppliers, sample food, wine and beverages and network with colleagues and vendors. Tickets at the door are $25.

The Freshdesk Customer Happiness Tour -- Westchester gives businesses a chance to hear about strategies for managing the customer experience in an increasingly challenging business environment. Business can learn how to scale their customer service organization as the business grows and changes.
Businesses can also meet and network with other customer experience professionals and Business Council of Westchester members.
The event runs from 4-7:30 p.m. at the Hilton Westchester. The keynote speaker will be Dan Moriarty, the Director of Digital Strategy & Activation for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
