Treasury Secretary John Lew will announce this week that Andrew Jackson will be replaced on the $20 bill with a woman, according to CNN Money.

Sources also said that Alexander Hamilton will remain on the front of the $10 bill and that the back will feature a collage of depictions of the women's suffrage movement, CNN Money said.

However, this wouldn't be a quick change: sources added that the earliest a new $20 bill would be issued would be in 2030, reported CNN Money.

This is because any change to currency is subject to discussion by the Advanced Counterfeit Deterrence steering committee, which typically takes years to approve changes, CNN Money noted.
