Marius Schwerberg, 65, and his wife, Nancy Schwerberg, 43, were charged in a felony complaint filed in the Town of Montgomery Court with first-degree criminal drug possession on Oct. 21, Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced. The money constitutes the largest amount of cash recovered during a narcotics search warrant in Orange County history, Hoovler said. Videos Show Cause Of Rt. 17 Tractor-Trailer Crash That Ejected Passenger, Rochelle Park PD Says UPDATE: A rollover crash that ejected a passenger Friday morning on northbound Route 17 in Rochelle Park occurred when a tractor-trailer clipped the back of the sedan, surveillance video obtained by Daily Voice shows. Park Avenue Auto Group supplied the videos, first to police and then to Daily Voice. The 62-year-old tractor-trailer driver from Montgomery, N.Y. received three summonses -- for careless driving, tailgating and making an unsafe lane change, Rochelle Park Police Lt. Dean Pinto.
