Armory Set For Demolition After Fire In Paterson PATERSON, N.J. -- The Paterson Armory must be demolished following a seven-alarm fire that raged for more than 10 hours yesterday, Nj.com reported.  Fire officials said although the building still was standing by late afternoon, there was no way to put out the fire without knocking it down, Nj.com reported.
